The data center will contribute $1,400,000,000 in new revenue for school and Village services over the next two decades.

Where $1.4 Billion Goes
More than $1.4 billion in new revenue from T5’s Cornerstone Data Center Development will be invested in Grayslake and Lake County over the next twenty years: $1.36 billion in local tax revenue plus $150 million+ in building permit fees paid up front, along with permit fees paid to the Village by our customers.
Up to 1,500 new jobs in the community.
Anticipated construction jobs would create careers right here in Lake County, lasting over an estimated 7–10 year build period.
